The apartments have been successfully sold. We want to thank all our Customers for putting trust in URBA and selecting our offer.

Skowronia 3a-3B is the first stage of the project in the Skowronia Street in Cracow, which involves the construction of two multi-family buildings with underground car park. Modern architecture buildings have been built with noble materials and provided with many ecological solutions. Our offer has been very well received by our customers.

The ecological and energy-efficient solutions such as green roofs, walls made of acoustic ceramic hollow bricks with mineral wool insulation or mechanical ventilation, are distinctive of the project.

We decided to build an inverted roof, also called a "green roof", despite relatively high costs, which nonetheless translate into higher comfort and lower building operating costs for residents. It is also an organic solution, which exerts a positive impact on the environment. The main advantages of the inverted roof: - protects against adverse effect of weather conditions (by resisting the flow of heat in summer and coolness in winter); - perfectly dampens external noise; - helps to save on heating in the winter months and ensures free air conditioning in the summer season; - protects the roof structure against mechanical damage, significantly increasing its lifespan.

While designing the façades, we focused in particular on the aesthetics, hence the choice of anthracite colour which contrasts with the silver ironwork of the balcony. No less important than aesthetics was the durability and usability of the applied external wall system. The façades have been made with the light wet method, using mineral rock wool as the insulating material.

Each of the three-storey buildings is equipped with a noiseless lift from a reputable manufacturer – Kone. Common area has been finished with high-class materials, including granite and tasteful stainless steel elements.

All flats are equipped with a videophone and Italian Dierre security doors.

To enhance usability and improve the intimacy of balconies, we decided to install blind systems for easy adjustment of sunshine intensity at the apartments.

Much emphasis has been placed again on the quality and appearance of external common area. Greenery, internal roads, pedestrian paths and landscaping have been designed with great care and attention to detail. It has been our intention to combine the modern architecture with a picturesque green area to create a Green Housing Estate.

To ensure health, comfort and savings for the residents, we decided to install AERECO mechanical ventilation system. The VCR HIGRO AERECO system features many advantages compared to conventional mechanical ventilation, including "class A2" energy efficiency and automatic response to changing internal conditions, by adjusting the air flow rate to the humidity level.

LOCATION

The Skowronia Street is a quiet and peaceful place. The buildings feel cosy because they are not situated in a densely developed area. The project is located in the neighbourhood of the Bonarka nature reserve, the historic Liban Quarry and the Krak Mount, which offers a magnificent view of the city. Its vast green area makes it a perfect place for walks, meetings and active rest.

Bonarka City Center, a part of the multi-functional city centre, is an offer for those who like shopping, cinema and meetings at cafe. There are also Zakopianka and Solvay shopping centres, Carrefour and Tesco big supermarkets and Castorama with its offer of building materials. There are also schools, kindergartens, small shops, clinics and modern offices.
