The NAVY hotel which is being built in Świnoujście shall be opened as Best Western Premier.

Best Western Premier expands its portfolio in Poland. The NAVY Hotel, whose opening is planned for 2021, shall be built in Świnoujście, on the green costal belt of the Usedom Island, not far from the beach located on the border of Poland and Germany.

The guests shall be awaited by 273 luxury rooms of premier standard, with areas ranging from 23 m2 to 60 m2, a representative front office with a lobby, 2 thematic restaurants, and conference halls. The hotel shall also have a large SPA zone with wellness and swimming pools, saunas, a gym, as well as treatment and bio-regeneration rooms. The design also provides for attractions for the youngest guests who, among others, will be able to enjoy a playroom.

The unique nature of the newly built facility shall, among others, be emphasized by the presence of marine painting. The fascination with the intriguing style of Michael Lester – a Jamaican marine painter of Polish descent – shall be present both in the decor of particular rooms, and in the common areas, such as the restaurants, the lobby, or the front office. The references to marine themes are already visible in the very name of the hotel, and in the dominant colors of its visual identification, with the prevailing shade of navy blue interwoven with golden elements. The lightness of the design combined with sophisticated accessories shall give the interiors discreet and elegant looks.

The location of the implemented investments belongs to the most prestigious ones in this part of the Baltic coast. The NAVY shall be built in Świnoujście, on the Usedom Island, at the meeting point of the Polish and German borders, in the surround of the carefully preserved old growth of trees, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, which is considered to be the most beautiful one in this part of the region. At the same time the hotel shall be located so far away from other tourist centers in the town that the guests can enjoy silence and absolute relaxation. The NAVY shall complement the surrounding nature thus allowing to delight in the sea climate without the need to give up one’s privacy. This choice stems from the intention to make sure that the guests at The NAVY spend their time there in the most pleasurable and satisfying way.

The strategic investor of the project is a Polish-British company The NAVY URBA SEREN Sp. z o.o. SKA, while the author of the design is URBA Architects, an architectural design office from Krakow. The supervision of the investment has been entrusted to the company GLEEDS. The hotel shall operate as Best Western Premier, which guarantees the world’s service standards, and individual approach to every future guest of the hotel.
