About development
The apartments have been successfully sold. We want to thank all our Customers for putting trust in URBA and selecting our offer.
Nordic Lightsis a exclusive project with the three two-storey buildings with underground car park, cellars and rooms for storing prams and bicycles.
Each facility has 12 flats of 36 – 57 m2, two bedroom apartments begin with 47 m2. Each flat has at least one balcony. The area of the housing estate is closed and under surveillance. Modern architecture inspired by the Scandinavian style and use of ecological solutions such as full LED lighting of the buildings’ common parts and the area outside the buildings are the distinctive features of Nordic Lights.
